Prepare your candidates for working in Germany – before day one
Nurses, early childhood educators and social workers from abroad usually know their profession well – but not the German system: care documentation, Kita rules, child protection, youth welfare law, everyday teamwork. GermanSocialLab explains exactly this in 85 compact English self-study courses with sources. Your organisation buys a package for a group of people – you decide how you offer it to your participants.

How it works
Good to know
We prefer to work with organisations that follow fair recruitment principles – for example holders of the quality seal Faire Anwerbung Pflege Deutschland or comparable standards.
What we do not do: we do not handle recognition procedures, do not teach German as a language, do not grade participants and do not place candidates in jobs. Our self-study courses do not replace the official recognition of foreign qualifications and make no promises about recognition, employment or residence – only the competent authorities decide.
Prices exempt from VAT under section 19 of the German VAT Act (UStG, small business). For payments by international bank transfer, all bank and transfer fees are borne by the payer; the full invoice amount must reach our account. Legal texts are currently available in German; the German version is legally binding. Questions: info@germansociallab.com · Parts of this page were drafted with AI support and checked by our team.
